SHIPPING POLICY

At Lifted Lanterns, we take care to pack each order with care and intention. Below you’ll find our standard shipping policy to help you know what to expect when ordering from us.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship throughout the United States via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • USPS Ground Advantage – $4.99 (Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail – $7.99 (Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days)

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ORDER ISSUES & QUESTIONS?

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office first. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our teas, all tea product sales are final and non-refundable once shipped unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to taste preference, delayed shipments, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@liftedlanterns.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue qualifies, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
